POLICY

DEPOSIT FEE / CANCELLATIONS

PLEASE READ THE POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.

A non-refundable fee of $100 (for permanent makeup) or $50 (for lash extensions) is required at the time of booking.  Deposit is used to secure your time and date. Your deposit will go towards the remaining balance of the service on the day of your appointment. A 3% convenience fee will be applied if pay by debit/credit card.

As a courtesy to us and our clients, please notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule to keep your deposit.

If you are unable to make your appointment, regardless any reason, kindly give us a 48 hours notice.  Appointment canceled the same day will required a payment in full before booking another appointment with us. 

No show, no call, or last minute cancelation will be charge 50% of the service.

Price shown are valid at the time. However it might have been subject to change.  So please contact us to confirm as you book your appointment.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

It is our policy to only treat clients who qualify for our services. Please make sure you do not have any of these condition or please get medically clear by your physician before making an appointment or email the clearance form to us.

Please review the list of disqualifications:

- Has allergies to pigments or anesthetic medication such as lidocaine, benzocaine.

- On anti-coagulants such as aspirin, xeralto, brilinta, placid, and any other blood thinning   medications. 

- Skin diseases (ex: eczema, rashes, skin cancer, psoriasis that needs to be treated).

- Hepatitis or HIV

- Diabetes due to circulation that may delay healing.

- Hemophiliac

- Medication containing high dose of Retin-A, ro-accutaine, or steroids (must be off for a year).

- Radiotherapy or chemotherapy (must be 3 months post treatment).

- Neural disorders such as seizures and epilepsy

- Anyone who is pregnant and/or nursing (lactating).
